Lalapanzi is located in the Marloth Park Nature Reserve on the banks of the Crocodile River in Mpumalanga, close to the Kruger National Park.

The house accommodates 8 adults and 2 children in 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds, and the living area includes a sleeper couch for 2 children. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, 2 wine coolers, crockery, cutlery, a kettle, and a dining area. The lounge has air-conditioning and a smart TV with access to DStv Stream, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. The dining area opens onto a patio with a gas braai, swimming pool, and sun deck. The property is approximately 200 m from the river, where guests can hear the roar of lions, trumpeting elephants, and other night sounds from the Kruger National Park.
